🌱 Month-long Tree Plantation Campaign Inaugurated at Rajshahi University Campus Rajshahi, Bangladesh | July 19, 2025 In an inspiring step toward environmental sustainability and community engagement, a month-long tree plantation campaign was officially inaugurated at Rajshahi University Campus. This initiative is a collaborative effort between Barendra Conscious Society and the Global Community Organization (GCO).

The inaugural ceremony took place on Saturday at 1:20 PM and was graciously inaugurated by Professor Dr. Mohammad Main Uddin, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) of Rajshahi University. He lauded the joint efforts of both organizations and emphasized the critical importance of youth-led climate initiatives in addressing ecological imbalance and promoting a greener future.

The event was presided over by Mr. Rayhan Rohan, Founder President of BCS, who reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to environmental preservation, youth empowerment, and community-led development.

“Planting trees is more than a symbolic act. It is an urgent necessity for combating climate change, ensuring biodiversity, and preserving life for future generations,” said Mr. Rohan during his remarks.

Also present were dedicated volunteers and environmental activists from both GCO and Barendra Conscious Society. Their active participation and spirited involvement reflected the collective energy and passion driving this movement.
